2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. Once your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays in processing.

3. Shipment Locations
3.1 Domestic and International
Ex Animo Art and Framing ships both domestically and internationally. If you have any questions about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us at contact@exanimoart.com.

4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not from the date of order. Delivery times are for guidance only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

Orders will arrive within 4-12 business days.

(b) Standard Shipping
Orders will arrive within 7-21 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• The date of delivery may vary depending on carrier practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

• Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses if you provide incorrect information.

• In-store pickup dates vary based on product availability.

5. Tracking Options
Ex Animo Art and Framing aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

5.1 Domestic and International

• All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

• International orders are sent with DHL, which includes tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you once the package is posted. If alternative shipping arrangements are requested, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Ex Animo Art and Framing is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order into your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs requirements, or other taxes, fees, levies, costs, or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us.

7. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@exanimoart.com.

8. Missing or Lost Package
Packages may be lost or delayed for various reasons. In most cases, the package may be in the building or with a neighbor. Ex Animo Art and Framing kindly requests that customers check common courier hiding spots. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at contact@exanimoart.com to report any missing or lost packages.
